How to request a correction
Email xavier@savepoint.com.br with the article link, the passage in question and, if possible, a source for the correct information. We review every request, usually within 48 hours.
How we correct
- Minor errors (typos, formatting, links): fixed directly, without notice.
- Factual errors (dates, prices, platforms, names, facts): fixed in the text, with a Correction note at the end explaining what changed and when.
- Updates: when new information emerges on a story, we add a dated Update note.
Corrections apply to all three versions of the content (Portuguese, English and Spanish). We don’t delete articles to hide mistakes; if a story has to be removed, we explain why.
